Rose Girl BB Cream that I purchased from my friend boutique. A Korean product. It claims that being effective in concealing all flaws, acnes, freckles, pores and smoothing fine lines. It can make the skin naturally white and hydrating the skin. For me, it does its job as it claims. Is feels quiet light in the skin too.

Bio-essence Tri-Action Aqua Boost Sleeping Mask. This is the sample i get for register in their website. Is also the first try for the sleeping mask. And the good news is i received two of them. So happy. Is a gel texture for the mask and i quiet like the smell too. After cleans the face, i just applied it all over the face and went to sleep and woke up by the next morning to rinse it out.

Libresse

Free sample from Libresse that i redeem through their website finally arrived by few weeks ago. Is such a generous of amount of pad that they send to me. Is including variants of type of pad for trying. The amount of the pad enough for mine one time period season.

After finished the second box of the Green Coffee, and for this time i just drop about 2 kg. Kinda disappointed. I din't consume the coffee with the plum together and i'm think that the result my weight drop slowly this time. But i'm still feel okay about it.

I had some health problem so i stop to drink the coffee for about three weeks but luckily my weight din't gain much by that moment. I only took the detox tea by night to throw out those bad thing in my body.

Updated until today my weight now is around 71-72kg. I will start consume the third box by next week and hopefully will reach my goal soon.

I got my second box of Leptin Green Coffee by Monday. I so happy with that. Mean i can continue to lost weight. This time i din't purchase with my aunt since she is selling one set( coffee + plum). Since the plum din't really works on me so i purchase online with a buyer and is more cheaper.

I started the second box with weight 75kg. Hopefully can see some result by a week. And i got a reunion dinner by mid of august and there also a photograph session. Wish that will get more slimmer by that time.

I lost about 5 kg for about half month consume the Green Coffee and Dried Plum. I notice that my stomach just flat a bit. I stopped the Green Coffee for about 3 days now. I quiet happy with the result and i will still continue consume it until i reach my target.

For last week, i'm been working until late night everyday and had my dinner late too. Scare that will gain back the weight but luckily din't gain too much. Just a bit only. So i drink the Detox tea to clean out all the toxic in my body.

20th June 2010

Is a week is consume for the Green Coffee and the 5th day for the Dried Plum. Weight drop 1 kilo and the waistline reduce for 1/2 inch. Not really happy with the result but still okay for me. Feel that the stomach flat a bit.

Since my mom is not around, so the dinner time just ate what ever the kitchen got. No proper meal for the dinner. May be i should include exercise in my diet plan to make it more effective. But i'm a lazy girl.

The most annoying part of my body is my arm and my thigh. Is so huge. Need find so way to fixed it up.

The fourth day, like usual morning a sachet of coffee. Did measure my weight this morning but seem like there no changes. My aunt call me afternoon to check out either the product works for me or not. I tell that i'm just started with the coffee but not the plum. She said it will more effective if consume both together. So i start the plum tonight. The taste for the plum is so weird. May because the plum is mix with the puerh tea and lotus leaves. Is so sour too. The coffee really cut down my appetite to eat. I find out that i eat less then before. Just a bit already make me feel full.

Meal of the day.

Breakfast - One Hotdog Bun + 325ml Soya Bean

Lunch - Lunch Box ( 1/4 White rice + Chicken with potataoes + 1 pcs Tauhu)

Tea Time - 1 cup of green tea + peppermint+ pearl and 1 pack of Munchy OK

Dinner - 1/4 white rice + fry cabbage.

5.5 Litre water for today. :)

Hai...Good Morning, today is the 3rd day of the leptin green coffee diet. For info, i started the plan with my weight 79kg and waistline is 32.5cm.

Meal of the day.

Breakfast - 1 hotdog bun+ 1/2 pan cake + 325ml Soya Bean

Lunch - 2 Dumplings

Dinner - 3 slice of blueberry jam bread.

Today i consume less water than yesterday but also around 5 Litre.

14th June 2010

2nd day of my diet plan. One sachet in the morning. And no exercise at all for the whole day.

Meal of the day.

Breakfast - Economy Mee Hoon + Fish Cake + 325ml Soya Bean

Lunch - Ko Lau Mee + 325ml 100 Plus

Tea Time - 1 cup of Nestum + 1 handfull of Snack Carkers

Dinner - 1/4 of white rice + Vege+ 2 scoop of ice -cream

I do consume about 6liter of water of today and i urinate for about 20 times through the whole day.

I read a lot good reviews of this Green Coffee. Some lost up to 10kgs just consume one boxe only. Hopefully it also do works so well for me too...

Today is the first day I started my diet plan. Introduced by my aunt and heard a lot of the reviews of the Leptin Green Coffee and the The plum. I grab my chances to try it since there some result shows from my aunt. Reviews said one week can lost up to 2kg.

Wake up in the morning after clean up then drink one sachet mix with 100ml warm water before the breakfast. From what i'm know, is better take is with empty stomach and do some light exercise to achieve more better result. My aunt said that we will sweat a lot as is a fat burning process. But is so strange for me even i do my home work like clean up the house, do the laundry seem like there not a lot of sweating. May be is the weather for today is quiet cozy. I do drink a lot of water due the thirsty. I drank about 3 bottle of the full size mineral water and of cause go a lot of toilet too.

As for my meal, i skip my breakfast and took it together with the lunch. I had a bowl of maggi with egg for my brunch. And for the dinner, since my mom is left for work so the dinner is on me. I just fried some vegetables mix with mushroom since there no meat at the fridge.

Hopefully this product will works for me.

Green Dress And My First Green Eye Make Up....

This is the first time i tried the yellow and green eye shadows. But the time i arrived the office my colleague said that the colours not match with my skin tone. Personally i quiet happy with the result that came out. Anyway, i'm will still trying...
