2nd day of my diet plan. One sachet in the morning. And no exercise at all for the whole day.
Meal of the day.
Breakfast - Economy Mee Hoon + Fish Cake + 325ml Soya Bean
Lunch - Ko Lau Mee + 325ml 100 Plus
Tea Time - 1 cup of Nestum + 1 handfull of Snack Carkers
Dinner - 1/4 of white rice + Vege+ 2 scoop of ice -cream
I do consume about 6liter of water of today and i urinate for about 20 times through the whole day.
I read a lot good reviews of this Green Coffee. Some lost up to 10kgs just consume one boxe only. Hopefully it also do works so well for me too...
