Today is the first day I started my diet plan. Introduced by my aunt and heard a lot of the reviews of the Leptin Green Coffee and the The plum. I grab my chances to try it since there some result shows from my aunt. Reviews said one week can lost up to 2kg.


Wake up in the morning after clean up then drink one sachet mix with 100ml warm water before the breakfast. From what i'm know, is better take is with empty stomach and do some light exercise to achieve more better result. My aunt said that we will sweat a lot as is a fat burning process. But is so strange for me even i do my home work like clean up the house, do the laundry seem like there not a lot of sweating. May be is the weather for today is quiet cozy. I do drink a lot of water due the thirsty. I drank about 3 bottle of the full size mineral water and of cause go a lot of toilet too.
As for my meal, i skip my breakfast and took it together with the lunch. I had a bowl of maggi with egg for my brunch. And for the dinner, since my mom is left for work so the dinner is on me. I just fried some vegetables mix with mushroom since there no meat at the fridge.
Hopefully this product will works for me.
